Connie Fischer was asked ...
... a couple questions yesterday by a friend of mine ... forwarded the response to me.
"Hello XXXXXX,
I cannot speak to time frame for that is sensitive information that I am not allowed to share for obvious reasons.
It goes similiar to
"For example, at this stage of the process, does TetraTech supply the company with technical scrutiny of the hydrometallurgical process, whereby, management would then follow up with Kemetco on fixes to resolve the issues?"
However there are 2 other parties involved. Those on the back end who have worked with commercial scale nano filtration systems and electrowinning etc. and then management. So 4 groups have to be in sinc and sign off to a meticulous study that must be airtight. Actually Kemetco is working closely with Tetra Tech with the technical data on the process. We are fortunate to have Kemetco as they are the ones who have developed the process on our behalf and very helpful in helping Tetra Tech to build models the engineers can understand. Scientists working with engineers. TetraTech is familiar with copper, moly, gold and other metals, but EMM, we are the only one who are doing it.
I hope I have been helpful. Best, Connie"
I think the answer was very good.
The timing question couldn't be answered ... that's to be expected but the other .... she did touch on it without giving up anything of a material nature ... that's all she could be expected to do.
I found it informative and certainly should quell all the talk about the review taking too long.
The document as a whole has to be signed off by the 4 groups involved in it's preparation ... that in itself would take days in each groups hands so it can't be viewed that the time has been too lengthy at present.
The huge highlight in my view ... Kemetco was working with TetraTech through the process ... that explains the delay in the initial preparation of the document ... and it explains Larry's comments regarding the PFS being different than any other ... it's not a bad thing .. it just required some intense collaboration between scientists and engineers to get it done.
I actually feel super confident now ... with Kemetco and TetraTech being fully engaged through the PFS process ... the flowsheets and mineplan that were submitted are already fully developed with scalability addressed.
Currently the groups involved would be looking at the document as a whole making sure not only their ends are covered without flaw ... the individual components mesh as intended.
An excellent response in my view and the characterization by Larry of 'imminent' seems even better in that context.
I imagine they attend the Chicago Expo and release the document shortly after that ... having those attendees primed to buy on a positive PFS.
