Salaries

Perhaps there is a better way for the companies to find oil. Give the execs a low base salary and tie the bonus/options to the scale of barrels of oil produced/sold and/or stock price-that is, not the stock price in the engagement/honeymoon phase.

No doubt we could be looking at a very different price situation for both VST and LFD!!!
