USA went from a profit of $9mm in Q3 to a loss in of $1mm in Q4.  Production went down, and costs went way up and now over $20/oz.  That's marginal at current silver prices.  And the whole sector has been hammered.  I'd say these things had a heckuva a lot more to impact on the share price than the reverse split.  Really, this whole reverse split thing is silly.  We want to see a market cap of $500mm++.  We need serious, large investors.  Not punters putting their last $2,000 thinking a 25c can't go down much further.
