RE: RE: RE: this retarded errussell, I would suggest you look at the last financial statement. You will see the company only had $2.9MM in cash, down for $14MM. They are spending the money on rehabbing Rex. IMO, money is a big issue, only time will tell if I am right.
Also, SND advance $30MM not $38MM. The $8MM was going to go toward the acquisition of Ikerd. But NDX spent the $6-$7MM out of the $30MM and the remaining $8MM is not available anymore as NDX couldn't figure out that Ikerd was a bust before dumping the money into it.
