There are some shrewed resource investors heavy into GWY.  They wont exactly let us go for a song.  They will have a say, we have a rights plan in place.  Batista just hurry up and put a bid in for Cali, or buy us out completely.  Perhaps another suitor is taking a serious look at us now and a Cali sale would help clean the slate up.

43-101 is near completion.  Lets wrap this up.
