Well everyone is entitled to their own opinion and although some interesting arguements were brought up  in favor of a reverse split ... I am with you on the timing, like I mentioned earlier maybe when the company and production is stable and the market is stable as well.

Like you said Richard, some bad news from the states or some more bad news or more countries in Europe going back into recession or even the states would throw the markets from unstable as they are into a tail spin ! they are extremly volitile right now, influenced daily by several factors and yes by fear !

Also I think the market and shareholders and traders agree, someone said earlier that they don't think the recent decline in share price has anything to do with the PC and the talk of a share consolidtion however in the past 4 trading days since the PC and what sounded to me like a given they were seriously considering a reverse split the stock has dropped daily and in the 4 days has dropped  7 1/2 cents per share or approximately 22.5 %.

At least in my mind that is a pretty clear negative reaction and one that hurts me as a shareholder considerably !

My opinion anyways ... Best of fortune to all
