Not if they believe that print decline will stabilize by that time and 360 would accelerate much higher. If you're going to make your argument can't one also make the argument that by YLO cutting the dividends they could simply be buying time, so you can look at it like they can't afford to pay off the dividends right now because of debt coming due along with print decline and 360 not moving up as fast as they had hoped, but they believe that in time everything will stabilize and 360 will work out. Just saying that could just as easily be a valid reason as opposed to your reason.
