RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: @Housewins.: Wordpress...A Reefernorth, you miss the point:
1. They are moving ahead on this, not holding back and they wouldn't be doing this if it were questionable. This is process started last November, so it is not a quick decision.
2.They have no control over the length of time that it takes. Two months is at the end of April. Any changes have to be okayed by both companies. This is a legal document which needs final approval from the securities commission and approval from both Capstream and INT. When I say they underestimated the time, INT was taking a ball park guess as to how long this process would take.
3. If there were lawyers invested here, they may be taking a different tact with the bashing individuals here.
4. You and others who have been bashing of this stock have fixated yourself on something that you have no proof will happen, but rather a shot in the dark stab at trying to instill fear. With the announcement in Feb., INT will have excellent access to funds in the form of the shares they will own in Ortsbo. Ortsbo will have funding from the spin out to Capstream. There has been no other indication of things otherwise. No sales of stock by INT insiders that I have seen or others have indicated.
5. The key thing here is that rats always desert a sinking ship. In this case, the bashing rats have remained with this ship because they don't see it as sinking.
It is reality in your own minds, pounded into you until you can't tell reality from illusion. Again I ask, and this question which is never answered by any basher here, why would you hang around if you own no shares? Need to get your jollies, or is it a job? Give me an straight answer. Would be nice to have investigation to get to the bottom of the purpose of the bashers here.
This company has many rods in the fire. Will they be successful? Many people are betting on it, a small few are betting against it. The time is coming closer.
