RE: Argument against reverse split

RE: Argument against reverse split

WEll in my humble opinion ... I appreciated your post and believe it ... a reverse stock split is not necessary and / or will not necessarily help the company or share price .... if the company believes and shareholders believe it is going to suceed they should leave th price alone and grow the business and shareholder / trader confidence ?

My read is that correct ? and to me again the big scare / risk is that if they share consolidate or down split to increase the price of the share and do not follow through with proof or numbers that prove or justify the higher share price  .. they folter and lose shareholder confidence ?

That was my read correct me if I am wrong ... and I still believe the company should hold with the plan of getting the production up to expected levels, gain shareholder and investor confidence and last but certainly not least ... if they have to make a split do so when their ground and production is solid and confident and when the markets are confident and solid as well ?

Some great food for thought it many of the posts ! best of fortune to all .. Gerry
