Brian Calder for CEO. A proven leader IMO.

As CEO of Western Coal made us shareholders buckets of $$$$ when Walter Energy bought out Western Coal. Was CEO of Walter Energy, resigned due to disagreement with BOD on management direction and philosophy at Walter Energy.

Former managing director of Rio Tinto worldwide copper mine developement. Underground and open pit.

He knows the mining business and would be a great asset to BAJA as CEO.  IMO.
