Their silence speaks volumes and they have left shareholders in the dark for way too long,,,,,,,,, But saying,,,,,,,,, these are " AUDITED" year end financials, which need to be signed off by the auditors before the BOD/management can approve and sign off. It is not always a trivial thing. Q1-2012 will follow by the end of May-2012. IR has stated that they will be out by month end or sooner,,,,,, so at this point we must believe(?). Officially they have until the end of April 30th to submit to the authorities/SEDAR and provide a release to shareholders.
No matter the outcome, the AGM should be a FUN place to be. With a capital F.
