It would indeed be a nice outcome - however I am not aware that Yara had in the past ± 16% ownership of FED. Furthermore for them to take a 51% stake it would mean having to make a formal Takeover offer as anything hitting the 20% + share count triggers such.

 

Lastly, if I recall the last comment from Roach, what was on the table and offered was a 19.9% interest/ownership ( hence avoiding the take over trigger mechanisim).

 

That said no doubt Yara could manage this fiasco of a poor excuse of a company better then what we've seen to date......talk about a royal bunch of clowns!

Make a reasonable offer Yara, I'm a seller !
