Yes but as a shareholder do we really want continuity, I for one would like to see a little change? I'm all for re-electing the three new board members, as well as Tellier even based on my reasons mentioned earlier, but as for the remaining members, why? What is it that they possess that other potential board members don't? They were a part of this debt burden, and of the unnecessary acquisitions, so why would you recommend keeping them all in tact?  Just curious for your reasoning.
