Rating don't stay the same and, as opinions, ratings vary.  An upgrade changes their default rates either way,, depending on the rating. 

 

The government has already signalled it wants the airline flying.  Quebec is going to court to try to save jobs.  If the rating agencies are your cup of tea invest in companies and paper they like.   Do you need an opinion of your own or do the ratings agencies supply you with one?

 

Anyhow, I'm long this company and intend to stay that way unless things change.
