RE: RE: RE: Basic value here is .46 IF Novadx is low on cash (hypothetically), Sandstorm won't lend significant money. They will either:
-Delay required payment for a year in exchange for NDX shares.
-Delay required payment on condition that NDX lands a financing.
-If Sandstorm has tried the above and no longer thinks NDX can turn things around, Sandstorm will allow NDX to fail and take over the assets.
