I would be interested in you elaborating on why this isn't 'shareholder friendly'.  As a current shareholder I would be happy to raise more money at 70 cents. The only way that it's not shareholder friendly is the amount that is built into the current share price that presumes the warrants will expire worthless.  How much is this?  Personally I don't care because for me it's a long term investment (if the share price drops due to the warrant extension it means I can buy more shares on the cheap).

Disclosure: I own mostly snd shares and a few warrants.

I would be overjoyed to get some free warrants that you mention in your suggestion (I just don't know how likely it is to happen).
