RE: The options mean nothing They cannot grant options if uin a blackout..I did get confirmation that they were..Thus i will send a quick tip to IROC..no need for these guys to play any different than the rest..Bottom line is this blackout in my opinion is material news never realeased as such.Time they got a little better in disem,ination of news to everyone same time.I do remember a NR month or so that all trades were expunged on because it was somehow released only to a select few outlets..Now this????
