Picklyp,  My point is that extending the current warrants for another 1 or 2 years does nothing for current shareholders (unless they own warrants, too) and simply rewards current warrant holders (whether they bought them or received then with the share offering).  Why reward warrant holders when you could create virtually the same warrants (or rights) by giving them to shareholders (or tailor it to your needs).  In addition, they can reduce the number of warrants, if so desired, and/or change the strike price.  We each have our own view; however, I do not see the potential of raising money by selling shares for .70 for another 1-2 years as a plus for shareholders.  Now, any "free" warrants to current shareholders is a plus for shareholders rather than warrant holders.  Let's say the share price in mid-Dec and after expiration is in the .55-.62 area.  If SND wanted to potentially raise money, they could give warrants/rights to shareholders with a .70 or higher strike...depending upon the need, opportunities, and market conditions.  GL
