Be logical.... There are SO many investor mistakes being made on this board right now.
Lets assume for a second that NO-ONE owns ANY shares in this company VMS.
Lets assume your a PROSPECTIVE trader looking at VMS.
here is just a short lilst of Alarm bells.
CEO is also CEO of 3 other companies.
Stock has recently made a NEW 52 week low.
Technical analysis of the chart shows we are trending down, and closing with a LOWER LOW each trading day that says SUPPORT is broken and no bottom yet.
There is NO revenue.
There is a lawsuit threatening ONLY future source of revenue.
There has been very POOR recent drill results.
This stock is likely being SHORTED as we speak.
IF one were to buy this stock one would be smart to wait until the chart firms up and makes a double or triple bottom with a HIGHER low and upward trendline.
I would advise NOT gambling on the fact the the lawsuit is frivalous.
IF VMS loses it's share of Reed what will it be worth?
.10-15 cents which is where your want to be buying.
Best advise is to sell now....and re-buy later this year.
Gonna be long Summer for ALL VMS shareholders....
