RE: Share Consolidation

RE: Share Consolidation

The main option has been to self finance by borrowing against the M&I ounces and starting to mine.  If you go to the Scorpio minerals web site you can see that is what they have done very successfully.  We now have a 43-101 and so we know where some of the gold is.

We are talking 20 million dollars which given what we have is not too much money.  We do need a mill however or make arrangements to use anothet mill.  My understanding is that all mills are busy.

Management will attempt to move things forward with a minimum amount of dilution but no guarantees.  If we get the money from the government that should give us sufficient funds to add a few million ounces and get the PEA completed.  It is always possible a buy out will follow.  Either way, the share price will increase from here.
