fundamentalvalue...Poison pills don't stop takeouts- slow down and make more expensive yes- but there are lots of ways around them- I' ve seen it first hand. I held two mining stocks that both got bought out and both had poison pill clauses.

I don't know if TA would be bought out, but at this price, and with a lot of power company mergers and take outs lately it's possible.

Wouldn't do me any good as I have a Covered Call -that doesn't expire for 3 weeks but anything is possible.
