Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, which is engaged in developing products to treat brain health disorders. It is developing a pipeline of product candidates, with and without acute perceptual effects, targeting neurotransmitter pathways. This specifically includes pharmaceutically optimized product candidates derived from the psychedelic and empathogen drug classes, including MM-120 and MM-402, the Company's product candidates. MM120, is a proprietary, pharmaceutically optimized form of lysergide D-tartrate that it is developing for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). MM-120 is also being studied in a subperceptual repeat administration dosing regimen for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

One of the largest components of mining is the labour, so the more people you have to employ to extract the ore the higher the production cost, I really doubt they can do resuing and shrinkage type mining and expect the cost per tonne to remain in the range they are quoting.
