With reference to your last post, The Baja quote comes from the proxy contest circular and refers to the fact that Baja suggests that the reason why Mount Kellett wanted its own two men (not two nominees independent of MK) on the Baja BOD was so that MK's men could pass along Baja insider knowledge to Mount Kellett, once MK's nominees joined the Baja BOD.

Baja concerns may be true and valid or they may be a subterfuge to keep Mount Kellett's men off the Baja BOD.  I do not know which and I do not do not care to speculate.  Personally, I have no objective to Mount Kellett having its own men on the Baja board.  At this stage in the Boleo construction cycle, I have seen no valid argument as to the "harm" which such board representation would have to the independent Baja shareholder.

My only concern is that the vast majority of the future Baja BOD composition be such that the Baja Shareholders Rights Plan shall be fully protected, as is. and without modification.

Regards,

Doug.
