RE: new salary info for EQS

RE: new salary info for EQS

This is somewhat perplexing that John Hardy  is paid $200 k base salary from Equus plus $150 k bonus.

In additiion, he voluntarily waived $750 k of additional bonusses.

This is all for a part time job as he is also the CEO of Versatile where he gets close to the above numbers from there too.

It will be interesting to know what certain metrics were met to trigger close to a million in bonusses

when EQS stock is down close to 50% since he took over and for all intent and purposes has not bought any new investments for the fund. For almost two years the fund seems to be running on cruise control with no new buys or dispositions.

With this type of a compensation package, no wonder he is no rush to get the EQS  and  VV stock prices off the record lows.
