RE: RE: RE: warrants expire Dec.23, 2012 If you search on google you can see a handful of situations where warrants have been extended. Usually like share consolidations it's because a stock price is plummeting and they want to retain some hope of getting the warrant money in the future (I guess). Doing stuff like that does upset shareholders, similar to if a company has a bunch of under water employee stock options and they choose to revalue them lower; it sort of leaves shareholders with a sour taste in their mouths.
If memory serves me there were the original warrants that were issued when they initially raised money to start the company and there were some issued with the same terms with the most recent financing that wasn't that long ago that had the exact same terms. I remember thinking when those went out that they would likely expire worthless given the low share price and short time until expiry.
I'm curious as to the reason they issued warrants with such a short expiry date (compared to SSL). I guess it's because they figured it would take less time for the company to get off the ground (than SSL), and estimated when the share would get to around 70 cents and tied it in with when they thought they would need the money to help fuel their growth.
