Not sure about that. I agree there is no downside until the final count comes in and the deal is not approved because IMG fails to garner the %age required. If they are convinced at the time  to some extent that they could have aquired something better, they could pull out of the deal. No deal means the share price comes crashing down. If you are ready to accept the notion that IMG are so thrilled with the prospects of acquiring TRR that they will anti up some more cash, then you have to look at the alternative which is also a possibility. In the mean time , it's nice not to have to worry about how the possible falling price of gold or the markets will shave 10 to 20  off our share price. It's not affected...until the vote is finalized and we know if we have a deal.  When qwe get to the last few days before the count, how many people will be willing to gamble on deal or no deal ; I suspect much fewer than we see today. For now, I'm not selling either but will not stay in till the votes are tallied. Hoping for someone to step in before that.
