RE: tehachapi Sorry Mr. PatheticNews but this is nonsense, I just looked at SEDAR information. Here's some facts: The Greenbriar land is residential development land in the *town* of Tehachapi, near the central business district nearby the local high school, not wind development land in the desert hills. I know you can't build a wind farm or solar project in the middle of a town. And the land in question never belonged to Western Wind shareholders, it was purchased privately from a group called Marks and Kikenny. (all in the MD&A). Mr. PathetiNews's post is just a lot of hysterical illogic and mis-information, typical of what goes on these boards. You are Pathetic, that's right. You are confusing the town of Tehachapi with the district of Tehachapi (the desert land on the outskirts).
Is Western Wind in the residential property or housing business? so where is the conflict? was there any land transfer from WND to Greenbriar or vice vera? or from WND to management. No, there wasn't. It took a few minutes of research to figure this out. I would like to see some real information on this board, not the usual angry ranting nonsense. Do your homework and don't believe the Pathetic stuff people post.
