RE: RE: Other Income...

RE: RE: Other Income...

Gladios IP PAID Poynt $512k in order to monetize their portfolio. Clearly, Gladios IP believes there is value in monetizing Poynt's IP or they would not pay service fees to Poynt.

other points of interest:

"In addition, the Company incurred $156K related to start-up costs in a new geographic region. The Company spent on $250K on strategic initiatives related to acquisition evaluation."

The startup cost is china. I wonder what the $250k could be for.

"These assets included two patents having priority to 1999 concerning the pushing of commercial offers to users of GPS-equipped portable wireless devices who provided limited profile data and an Email-to-SMS patent pending technology that provides push email services to basic mobile phones. Under the agreement, all the net assets of UnoMobi would be exchanged for common shares of the Company."

These two patents come from the Innovation Fund III portfolio (which UnoMobi acquired previously) -> goto https://www.patentlens.net/patentlens/structured.html?query=%28%28innovation+AND+fund+AND+iii+AND+llc%29+in+applicant%29&stemming=true&collections=US_B,EP_B,AU_B,US_A,WO_A,AU_A&language=en&pageLength=10&fields=applicant,title,abstract,inventor,applicant . There are in fact three issued patents.

"As of April 30, 2012, the Company had issued 500,244,535 common shares "
