IMO they need more money, so if that's the case they either get some of that $10 million that's sitting on the sidelines from DB or they're forced into doing one of the strategic alternatives.  I personally don't know why DB wouldn't  be agreeable to dip into that last $10 million when they have already spent $130 million?  It would appear the heaviest lifting has already been done and now they  just  have a quarter or two of smoothing out to do.  The IR guy told me they are currently producing enough gold to do their 150K oz./year  I'm not sure if I buy that, but that's what he said.

As far as the current value of the company, it just stands to reason that depending on when a sale might be done that we all benefit more from a sale based on a higher beginning share price and that IMO will only happen if the turnaround is indeed done.  What confounds me is if the turnaround has been made or is being made, why are they looking to sell the company in the first place?

Maybe someone can offer some theories on that?
