It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

And there you go the market is overreacting for a potential up to 15M shares more in outstanding share. Which is a small dilution and if they need more money they need more money. Not sure why they had to get right away there is always surprises when building a mine.
