I imagine the document went back to TetraTech after the review for final filing by them ... so don't quite get why there is so much concern about the release.

Larry Reaugh shot pretty stright in his presentation in Chicago ... if it was going to be released in a non-finalized form ... he could have done it day 1.

I believe it is TetraTech that puts the final sign-off on it and it is then filed.

Relax a bit ... it will be out shortly.
