Ark I hear you.  However, remember IMC does own the majority of the powder plant and maybe the negotiations with the government were regarding the production part of the operaton and not regarding the mining.  On the other hand, it would explain why some might want to keep the s/p undervalued.  On the other hand, if some are keeping the s/p intentionally undervalued, why aren't other 3rd parties jumping in to buy shares at this bargan price.  I have run out of hands to explain this one.  It would be nice to be a fly on the wall in the IMC office. 

 

Also of note is the fact that nearly all the publicity in Korea over the past two weeks has been regarding IMC, in spite of it being Woulfe that had the FS.  BTW, today's news regarding IMC signing the MOA with the Korean authorities was already all over the Korean newspapers a week ago so it actually is not new news (See Nic Smith's last board posting several days ago).
