The S. Koreans couldn't give 2 cents about or who Woulfe is. They will on the other hand listen to IMC, particularly given the fact that WB is a major shareholder. They like and respect status. From their perspective, I'm betting that everything is meaningless unless they have control over the resource. IMC taking the lead here is very telling for me. They could be setting themselves up as being invaluable to the project, vis a vis the relationship with the locals, far greater than thier investment so far would suggest. Strategically, this may on the surface be a positive for us, the shareholders of WOF, or they can end up being a 1 ton gorilla if and when they opt to make a takeover bid for Woulfe.
