I understand your point. First, the bankruptcy issue definitely makes it harder to re-organize under a Newco.

Second, they haven't been put into bankruptcy or sought protection themselves under CCAA, and Szarko told me because the two main creditors see that as a more expensive way to dissolve. I will not judge whether that statement is true or false at this time.
