I am the biggest fan of LNG export for BC’s vast gas resources…..but the pipeline hasn’t started construction, Apache/EnCana have not given final investment decision yet, plant does not have final approval and construction has not stared. There is no way it will start up in less than 2 years.

The smaller (100-200mmcf/d) Douglas Channel LNG project might be going by then but even that is a very long shot (still needs a massive amount of investment).
