He must have some shares he needs to unload and is looking to stir up demand. This company isn't worth the $83M in market cap now, never mind the $151M he's projecting.

Don't get me wrong, I like the story and I really like the balance sheet, but there is a lot more room to fall before we start seeing some gains.
