I am as po'd as you. But if it is a scam, complaining won't help unless we can prove it. I already advised the ASC and I'm pretty certain that they are watching the situation unfold.

 

Knowing a litgator who will work pro bono, or in another fashion to keep our costs down, and one who hates scams in the corporate world would truly help.

 

The creditors are the only people I haven't spoken to yet. Maybe tomorrow I'll try to confirm some info.
