I wonder who you are speaking to?

My personal guess would be that 80%+ of what has been "published" was written in good faith and was filled with rosy naive optimism.  The shell game that has hurt so many people was driven by unfounded optimism not the other way. Thats the tragedy of it.

Law suit - my personal belief is this is inevitable - but against the company and its previous auditors, not this board.  No one posting here has any obligation to you or me.

And the fake personas can be seen a mile off - let's not be disingenuous.
