RE: Pens and Pencils

RE: Pens and Pencils

You really shouldn't post about ADV. It only highlights the failures of AXI management. ADV's $2.91 sounds a heck of a lot better than AXI's 31 cents. What "the street" really doesn't like: AXI. No analysts from any brokerage houses or investment banks follow this stock. Good luck raising cash with no analyst support.

*

AXI is also having difficulty raising new financing because it burned its original investors. The institutions who bought private placements and flow-through shares at $1.25 and $2.83 and $3 are obviously not coming back to the well.

*

ADV is able to raise $400 million from Hebei because it's delivered results despite a difficult market recently. Its original investors, who bought shares at 15 cents and $1 are all in positive territory. Altius, which spent $2 million developing the property, got free shares worth over $100 million.
