and to think that the stock was easily $5 to $6 higher before Fortress even announced this acquisition. What, does the stock market think LSQ has no value at all?

Or maybe the stock market is not valuing anything at all. Just impatience resulting in selling perhaps. If the stock market is anything, it is definitely not efficient. I think Warren Buffet said once that if the stock market was efficient, he would be collecting food stamps right now.
