I agree, I don't see how a warrant valued at 1 cent, that is 30 cents+ under water could have any 'drag' on the current share price.

The ssl warrants that are well in the money has much more of a drag on that share's price as they are well in the money and when they do get that money the proceeds they will get will be much less money per share in proceeds.

If they were to do anything it wouldn't be done until right before expiry, so they can evaluate all factors.
