It may have been their intention back when this NR was released, but it was not declared. They somehow missed the fact the KRG needed another $5MM at the time, so things have changed, and so might have their intentions now that they have more information. Don't hold your breath waiting for the divvy and consider it a bonus if it is declared.

They have no choice to give the div ... as it was part of the vote that SH gave them to make the deal... HUGE legal issues if they back track on that.. I don't think they want to go there.. but crooker things have gone down.. the worse is going to see what Genel hits that these idiots missed.. LFD should be excatly where WZR is right now.. this has to be the biggest screw up I have seen in some time..
