I have seen an analyst in the past use a value of $529 million, so yes thats a reasonable assumption based on numbers you suggest.

You must decide whats the $/Bbl if you are using reserves. I use a more conservative number than most.

I am not suggesting thats the case but your calculation is correct. Others may value it differently and come up with a different share price.
