RE: THe Claim

RE: THe Claim

None of the defined deposit is even on the Dunlop claims.  The claim dispute was between the Hudbay claim they optioned to vms and the claims that were included in the vms exploration license.  The VMS dispute with Hudbay was without merit from the beginning.  IMO the plummeting share price has little if nothing to do with Dunlops attempt to make VMS accept a 2% NSR, it has to do with failing to confirm the deposit extends at depth.  Dunlop could have gotten a 2% NSR on the claims they sold to vms, but they did not, they did a cash and share deal, end of story.
