Hi Carter,

You're right, anybody that bought around $1 is looking at a 50% profit even at today's price. Can't really blame them for wanting to cash in . The thing that bothers me about that 100K share sell order is that it brought trading to a halt, causing buyers to back off and resulting in a gradual fade in price.... especially when that order got moved down from $1.60 to $1.57. It looked as if the seller didn't really want to sell and was just trying to depress the price. Why do this? Well my evil mind says that if you missed the runup completely, knocking the price down before you load up would be a good strategy. if you really think it's going much higher. As for Cope's remark that a buyer "may not necessarily wait for a PEA" is like me saying "I may not necessarily play my usual pathetic round of golf next Tuesday".  Until the thing happens, it's just speculation. (Although I'd be thrilled to hear such news - OK buyout and/or golf!)
