RE: 800k sell order IF, capital IF, sph.h/spah ever sets a drill on the property ... they will know exactly where ( and when ) to point the bit . I cant see them lasting that long without a takeout . Money talks, false sells hiding behind someone elses 200k sell doesn't . "Whomever " had better get up early tomorrow .
