Just suppose, hypothetically speaking, that Yara or another makes a hostile bid at the ridiculously low price of one dollar. Everyone here who has seen this type of scenario play out in the past knows exactly that this will probably start a bidding war and eventually Allana gets their white knight and the buyout is much higher.

I have a bad experience with low ball offers and white knight savior. The white knight overbids by two pennies, then the bidding war goes up to $1.20 from the white knight + a offer to CEO of a position of director in the white knight company, then recommendation to accept .... and bingo. The CEO was respected by all shareholders and it was totally an expected. I do not believe any White Knights; sometime I ask myself if the first low ball offer wasn’t orchestrated ahead so the saviour can get a better deal.
