I went to SEDAR and yanked the most recent audited FS for 2011. If I recall correctly they earned about $18 million and had operating expenses plus salaries of about $6 million. I'm going to check this now...

Oh shoot I just noticed that the $6 million is the gross profit and not the aggregate amount of cost of sales / operating expenses. Darn, everyone insists on tweaking their FS :p

Anyway my previous comments / analysis isn't accurate obviously since I yanked the wrong number (it seemed a little high when I was typing it). But my point was mostly that the balance sheet and the earnings isn't the end all be all way to analyze a company like this at this early, growthy stage.
