Holding

Well, at least .25 - .26 level seems to be holding. Decent volume. I was kind of hoping the HC announcement would bring a few more cents. Is there any way to tell if insiders are doing some of the buying? Lots of selling at .26...i guess a lot of people have been sitting on shares for a long time waiting to take a profit.
