I am not questioning the integrity of management moreso their technical capabilities.

Maybe they should have brought someone on board who actually has experience/skill with developing an unconventional resource. I guess it took them $30mm of shareholders money to develop the learning curve?

The one fact that is comforting is that these guys do feel the pain which most SH's are feeling.

The next move is big one and I just pray it is a good one.
